Refund policy

Returns:

We always hope that you love your Gains and Goals clothing, but we completely understand that some clothes may not work for you. If you do want to return an item to the original payment method, this can be done within 14 days from the online order date – please note that banks may take up to 7-10 working days to process this after our 14 day window. Any return request submitted outside of this window may be eligible for store credit if processed within 14-30 days of the order date. Any requests submitted outside of this window may be declined.

If returning an item, products must be:

·       unused,

·       unworn and

·       in their original packaging with all ‘Gains and Goals’ hand tags attached.

Any items that are not in their original condition e.g they are worn, dirty or have had hand tags or internal labels removed, will not be eligible for a refund.

 

To initiate a return, please email us at hello@gainsandgoals.co.uk along with your order number and email confirmation. Once your return has been confirmed, you will be sent further instructions on how to return your item to us.

*Please note that some returns for bulk orders or larger items may be at a higher returns fee. This will be confirmed with you via email once your return has been accepted.

 

Issues or Faulty items:

We work hard to ensure that all our products are carefully hand packed, however, we are human too and understand that mistakes can happen. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately along with clear photo evidence within 24 hours of delivery, if your item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can investigate further and make it right.

 

Refunds:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method where possible. Please note that it can take 7-10 working days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. We will not provide a refund for an exchanged item - store credit will be the only option.

 

Sale products:

If a customer originally purchases a product at a higher price and then re-purchases the same product at a lower price during a later discounted period, and subsequently chooses to return the original higher-priced product, the refund for the product will be issued at the lower sale price.

This sale product policy applies to:

·       Purchases made within 30 days prior to the lower-priced purchase

·       Any products that are identical in size, style and/or colour to those repurchased at the lower price.

At Gains and Goals, we reserve the right to investigate sales history and previous refunds related to the products and customers in question and have the right to refuse full-price refunds where this policy applies.
